Hi, Im looking to swap my 2 double bed semi, for somewhere in the Bournemouth area. Will consider flat!. My house is through housing assosiation and is a very well maintained area with a warden on sight! The house has a very large garden and has alot of storage and living room/dinning room is a very good size. Iam just on the outskirts of Godalming, with alot of countryside surrounding us! There is a train station 5min and good local schools withing walking distance! There are quite a few shops at walking distance as well and at a 5min walk there is a lovely park/lake, that also has a fitness center and swimming pool.
